RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Common Thread! We want you to LOVE your purchase and, we get it, sometimes you won’t. This is why we are here to help!  

 Our policy:

- Online purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item. 
- Sale items are FINAL sale.
- Returned items must be in original condition with the tags attached.
- Shoes must be in their original box in original condition.
- Shipping charges are not refunded, you are responsible for the return shipping. 
 
Okay, so how can we help? We take the best photos and offer the most amazing customer service. Just send an email to orders@shopcommonthread.com or a text to 949.783.8541 and let us know exactly what you are looking for. We are always available to text photos and do some extra try ons so that you get exactly what you want.

Now What?

- Package your return and include a copy of your original receipt for quick and easy processing.
- If you are looking to swap for another size or style please note that on the receipt. 
- When we receive your return we will create a store credit and we will email you a specific code for future purchases (this can be used in store or online).
